How to Get the Most Dose of Magnesium
In terms of supplementation, the average form that people most often respond to positively is probably the magnesium glycinate. That one seems to be the easiest on the gut. Some people are sensitive to the glycine component. If they have a GABA-glutamine imbalance present, so they may experience excitation or poor sleep. They can't stop their mind from racing when they're trying to fall asleep. So magnesium chloride or magnesium torrid would be more optimal in that regard.
