I don't get as hungry as I used to, even when I'm exercised. Have you noticed that? Yes, absolutely. My husband does it too - lots of cheese, lots of butter. It's weird. I was in France last week and ate like a queen. But then I came home and I'd lost a kilo. And so my husband I was scratching our heads because he thought he'd put on about five kilos and he hadn't either. So we decided the reason was because we must have done some kind of weird fast by accident. We did do a lot of walking and a lot of exercise and things as well but no more than we do at home.
