The numbers are actually similar we look for a boat for a distance runner maybe at least i would even say now like now we test a lot more. We're seeing more people hit twice bodyweight and more people and maybe more sprint or explosive at least getting you know 2.2 tons bodyweight so yeah it's hard to say it's a proportion when you're comparing an isometric with an isokinetic test. For the straight leg we're looking at 100.6 bodyweight for your distance athletes and maybe close to 200% bodyweight for um explosive athletes.
