It seems like it's fairly uncontroversial to say that some level of physical activity regularly is very good for you. But then there's just this weird fucking project to try to define specifics. I suspect that this comes from the like pretty deep running understanding of like something's better than nothing. And if people are grabbing onto this thing, we might as well say, yeah, that's a good thing to do.
