Our movements during sleep or our habitual patterns during sleep have outcomes when we hop out of the bed in the morning. A study published in the journal Breast Cancer Research and Treatment found that women who drank the most green tea had an approximately 20 to 30 percent lower risk of developing breast cancer. People who drink green tea daily were around 42 percent less likely to develop colorectal cancer.
