The Rise of Cross Platform Games
Almost all the game launch announcements I'm seeing are saying that their cross platform. Odyssey, Interactive's Omega Strikers released across six platforms at once and they're just a fast-paced 3v3 foot brawl knockout game. Cross platform is now being positioned as maybe the new blue ocean, but is it really like choppy waters? It can lead though to a crisis of faith in which device first design principles to follow.
