How Nike Changed the Way We Work
Every employee received a set of those Nike principles when they were hired and I gather yours or coffee stained and typewritten. Number one on the list is, are businesses changed? But in 1977, they were making sneakers. The next one is beyond offense all the time. It's all about his just instinct for competitiveness and competitive response. So personal ambition really doesn't have any place. If there's one person where it's all about them and that team is not really going to be able to function.
