There are things called the doses. We often think of them as being our personal constitution. As I learned more about yoga, the doses are also seen as forces. The Vada Dosa is mostly space and air. And they are Piddah Dosa. So to bring this kind of down to earth into either a yoga practice or a therapy practice and how that might combine is that we can see that our clients have all this movement in them. Right.
