Puntos Columbia: A Loyalty Program for Members
I saw that you have some opportunities for members of Puntos Columbia to use their points to access, for example, a music concert online. And I saw a separate one where there was ingredients for cooking being sent to your members and then you are running training. For me, it just seems so obvious and why aren't more loyalty programs providing that particularly factual information? It's genius. So I think again, your customers are absolutely going to love you for that. Absolutely.
