I like to say the best strength training for you is the strength training that you will do 100 % what eiht, hundred percent. Having a pup med and being able to look at studies are also very important. There's quite a few strength coaches that i have a lot of respect for that are actually not even necessarily ine the running community. You shult just be open to learning.
