Is There a Benefit to Nasal Breathing?

There's a lot of false claims surrounding it as well. The nasal cavity produces two to three times more nitric oxide than the mouth or the trocea. If you're willing to put the time and the effort into training somebody for at least six months, we tok about a six month intervention to get somebody habituated to nasal breathing. There might be some small effect on ventilation efficiency but that doesn't improve view to max. And there are studies in patience showing certain individuals with obstructive lung disease who are on mechanical ventilation can breathe through their nose during exercise.
