Sleep has an image problem in society, because more often than not, we seem to stig tize sleep. People who get maybe seven or eight hours of sleep at night are seen as slothful. And i wanted to give and write a book of reasons for why you should sleep, rather than rules for how to sleep. I can't go around wagging the finger at people if people have not been educated by the science that the tax payer dollars have funded.
