The Importance of Breathing in a Competitive Environment

A minute of gh arve, if you have the potential, maybe the goal's just gone in, and the opposition as celebrating. And that's actually something that practically the defender can do rather than ruminating in that moment. That is classic action orientation, in my opinion. Yes, absolutely. I think it's one thing that's so good about breathing is it's free. It's easy to use. You can use it anywhere. As long as you've practiced getting to that six cycles per minit outside of a competitive environment then there's no reason why you can't call upon it in those situations where you need it.
