It would require you to be absolutely no jujitsu experience or grappling any sort whatsoever. I just can't imagine a scenario in which somebody who had been training for more than three classes can get called like that. It reminds me of the von Flüchoke, right? You see this happen with beginners all the time where they think they've got a headlock on the person and the person just passes their guard. That's kind of unlikely, but we have seen it happen at the highest level.
