How to Breathe in and Out
As you breathe in, see if you can locate some sense of energy flowing up from your belly up towards your chest and sternum. And then as you begin to feel the exhalation commence, then you start to perhaps feel the chest releasing back down through to the belly which releases. Eventually we can sit back and observe breathing, respiration like waves arriving across a vast expanse of ocean finally arriving to shore and then the waters receding. So let's do that for a while. Just tension, tightening, clenching muscles and releasing.
