We can get stuck in a back and forth where the worry says, what if we say, okay, it'll probably be okay for these reasons. What if it's not? Maybe it will be. Rather than trying to be certain, trying to make sure we're going to be okay, we accept the possibility of what we're worried about. It'd be great if we could just turn off the what if, right? But that's really hard to do and maybe impossible.
