Intermittent Fasting

I intermittent fast every day. I make sure I drink a lot of liquids, a lot of tea and lemon water each morning. And then I typically eat at noon. A couple of calories is not going to completely offset the benefit from it. But doing it a couple of days a week, for many people, that's a lot. That really is an easier way for people to try to get a plan in place.
