There are a startling number of people who just feel entitled to have it their way. It can be really important to start standing up for that in ways that are scaled, you know, in terms of the actual stakes on the table. The other thing is that I think there's a place of social good in standing up to bullying and pushing back at people who think they're also entitled to have their opinion or to get their way.

All of our relationships include some conflict, the big question is how skillfully we handle that conflict when it appears. Dr. Rick Hanson joins Forrest to walk us through some effective ways to deal with common forms of interpersonal conflict.
