I love fruit and I hate when people say you shouldn't eat fruit or worry about if you have certain health conditions. Frosing fruits and vegetables are great for you. Grains last a long time, so keeping a variety of grains in your house is really helpful. So like we talked about carbs, they're super important. It's a great thing to help fuel your runs and help you feel better.
