I used to feel like there was nothing wrong with me, even though I would couldn't sleep at night and was stressed out a lot. One of the exercises that I did was creating a new emotional contract with myself and a new healthy identity. So maybe it wasn't who I actually was yet, but I wanted to step into this and become anytime that I felt like I was falling back into a negative pattern or in reaction or falling from grace emotionally. That contract was and still is 10 years later, that I am a loving passionate wise man.
