How Do You Start Your Day?

The more you need it, the more you'll feel it, i guess. Take me through like the first hour, ninety minutes of your morning and then the last ninety minutes before bed. Those seem to be pretty pivotal times of day for someone like yourself. Well, at the moment, my morning routine isa prettya, like a pretty regular. I go for a short walk right after i wake up for maybe like twenty minutes. Ajust get outside and get exposed to daylight....
