"I don't like data because I can give you a spreadsheet and it means nothing," he says. "It would mean absolutely nothing to you, except it's got 10, 10 columns and 100 rows in every column." He adds that the word 'insights' is too often used as an excuse for not doing what needs to be done with your data. "'Innovations' has been huge for me for how I communicate things,' she says of her boss.
