The bedrock programme is as good a starting place as youll ever come across for a beginning athlete. Coaches now, they're looking for easy winds. They want tho jump one foot ten times and then accept that nno what we're aiming to do with the wait room. With our power cleans, rep schemes change a little bit when we go to a lunaary progression with a power clean. It's that objective of replication of our abilities. And i think because a lot of these coaches don't understand the aspect of physiology.
