The Importance of Protein Intake in Bulking

After the Thanksgiving season, it can be a good time to do a bulk. You just need to be mindful of trying to get your protein intake in earlier in the day. So that you have a calorie buffer for the evening. And then also being mindful that the evening should not be a free for allJust because you've done that in the day right? Yeah. I mean, my goal this time around is to take my cut or take my bulk. Hopefully I could do it for longer than six months. But that's my goal this year is to bulk as much as I can up to somewhere around 18%.
