The American culture is more abrasive of being more direct, it's more direct. Americans might run the risk when working with other teams from outside of the states. And I don't know, but sometimes that directness can be very forthcoming. If you want the best out of other people, you have to just pause and wait for people who are not ready to share for them to share.
