The Importance of a Balanced Diet
It's impossible to put something like into two things, so you're looking at requirements of that individual and therefore tailoring a plan according to what they want to get out the other end. Having a balanced diet with a focus on healthy natural food seems to be the strategy. And if we need to help people hit the protein targets, we might then throw the occasional shaking. But I will certainly try and get there with food first before I go down that route. Yes, we certainly want to pick up on some of those supplements and pick your brain about those in a moment.
