The lack of data skills in companies is not only a company problem, but marketers are also sometimes lacking those skills. One thing that I would really recommend to everyone is a data skills map. This would have like the levels from basic intermediate and advanced skills based on different roles or different functions. So it's becoming more and more important that you have a good network of people who know about complex data integration and data management. It might be senior advisor or freelancer or just someone you can really reach out for help.
