The Role of HRB in Athletes

As an athlete, first try to look into that a bit more in detail and understand this difference is because it's very important. Try to look at the physiology and then that first, what is built on top of that might not be particularly relevant for you as an athlete. So I would start that way and see if that gives you a little extra awareness and enhance both you and your coach maybe making some small adjustments in certain situations.
