The Power of Nurturing Yourself

Judd: We focus a lot on loving kindness as part of that self compassion piece. Even for some and it's so interesting to watch this, when people can just be just open to the felt experience of the suffering. And then boom there's this compassion and they're like, oh, it feels so much better to simply take care of myself. The thing as one person most recently came out of a mindful friends group and said, you know my, I kind of came in hopeless and I feel like I have some hope or some trust because I'm watching others use these tools.
