How to Keep in Touch With People on a Regular Basis
How formal is the process right now? And is it kind of quite a rigid like agenda you've got of keeping in touch with people? So I think I'm still figuring out exactly what that cadence should be and what that process should be. We have a new sales ops person starting in the next week or two to help me build out what that should look like. As I mentioned, we're working on building out that onboarding piece now.
