Do You Know if You're Trying Really Hard?

If we want to be elastic, it's got to be point one five seconds or less for the most part. There is kind of spectrum along that line where it's not just like, all right, after point one 5 seconds, it's all muscular. So i always incorporate by how close you are to your top end speed. And a good rule of thumb is, if you attempt ta drill and three out of the four times you get it right, and you can move well in that ben, that's a good drill for you.
