Anxiety is a natural human response that comes from serving a purpose. Anxious people struggle with tolerating uncertainty, solving problems fectively am and often get wrapped up in the drama of the anxiety. What we want to learn to do is how to be bored by anxiety, not frightened by it. There's a genetic component to anxiety, which is more like a predisposition to it. We have terrific future focus thinking and creative ways of seeing things. You deftly want to go on a trip with a worry, with someone who has a little bit of ang worry and anxiety as well.
