How Zephyr Structured Their Acquisitions
Zephyr's first acquisition was self funded, just easier to do when you still have a day job. Then we ended up in that first deal, we had sellers role equity. We had a large seller note. And then the remaining equity was ourselves and some friends and family. To be honest, as we've grown over time and it have been paying off debt, we look at our metrics from like a de-levering perspective.
