Let Go of the Ideal of Perfectionism

A lot of people hold up the goal that, you know, this must be perfect or else. Part of perfectionism is coming up with what's good enough and what's over the top. A lot of us tend to put up a plastic facade because we think that's what everybody wants to see. But yeah, so I think if people stop being plastic-y and just start to be more real and hang out with people who accept you for who you are,. That helps with perfectionism a lot.
