For beginners, we're gon to target 30 to forty, five minutes. Moderate forty, five to 60 minutes, and advanced, 65 to 90 minutes. So this is a comfortable but up to the point where if you went any faster, you would enter a moderate level of intensity. You should be able to carry on a multi sentence conversation without losing your breath. Your breathing should not feel labored at this intensity.
