Is Salesforce the Best CRM?

Salesforce is not the most usable CRM I'll say. It's successful for a reason, but it's not the mostusable solution. If you want to have baked in engagement and like systems of record then maybe you know you're going to outgrow at some point. You could use something like a copper or a streak. But as you go outside of Salesforce, I think you'll realize eventually you will migrate into a mature CRM like Salesforce.
