Alan: I've seen so many athletes who have, in some ways wanted the tradition to try and shortcut things as well. And I'm like, I think your nutrition is not the issue. It's your training plan. So let's get fit. You can work on things in tandem. But if you get 10% more fit, that makes your nutrition plan that much more effective,. And then we can improve upon that.
