When people multitask, shift attention, it causes stress. We all have our personal tank of attention resources and things we do during the day drain them. I want to make a distinction, which I think has become obvious. But this is not about ADD. This is happening to all of us. That's the result of the way we live. And so we have to be so careful and mindful of how we use these rare precious resources.
