Traditional Product Management Isn't Good Product Management
In my world, traditional product management is actually good product management and the rest is crap. For many people, traditional means the crappy kind. The nature of the job of that role in the good product companies remarkably has not changed in more than 20 years. I do advocate teams go to agile for delivery if they haven't done it but frankly, almost everybody's done it.
