The Different Types of Moral Rights in the US

In the US, there's a couple different ways that you can approach this. You cannot lose the right to use the stuff you create. There's one statute which is called the Visual Artists Rights Act at 17 US Code Section 106A. This moral rights stuff, that's kind of what we would like to have, but you can't really apply that to conlangs in the US,. unless it's conlang based calligraphy or something. Because it's just not available in the state of the law right now.
