I try to keep my sets and reps consistent. And then I sort of play with the way then see how that goes. So really the main thing for me is trying to build that skill more than anything. Like in terms of my results, I've been able to see like a consistent increase in strength over time. That's just something you learn as you build and develop more experience being in the gym.
