What a Day of Eating Looks Like for Me
i'm about down 15 pounds from the end of january. i tend to fast for about 16 hours. I break my fast with a spinach and or a rugala salad, avacato as well as whatever left over meat from the night before. And oftentimes i won't eat dinner, but sometimes i will.
