There's a lot of advocates out there. Chris McDoule, Mark Sisson: The high fat diet is great for aerobic because cardio or running is an aerobic activity. They promote this heart rate running where you try to keep your heart rate beneath your diet. And I have a couple issues with this approach because no major coach advises spending that much time only training the aerobic system. To be a good runner, to be a well-rounded runner, you really need to make sure that you have every element in your training.
