For me, food takes time. Food has a price. And it's part of my culture. It's completely normal to go every day to get your grocery every single day. When you want vegetables, you go to the vegetable guy over there and when you want meat, you have to work for 20 minutes to go to the butcher. But everything was made simpler with this diet. I don't have to worry about, is it going to be pasta? Is it going to been rice? Am I going to eat potatoes? If I do potatoes, I need to soak them in water for 24 hours, then I need to cook them.
