If you can run a relatively quick heavy mile, you're probably not too fatted out. No matter what your goals are, i think it's always reasonable to be able to do at least somewhere between, ah, two to five pullups. For example, standing on one foot for ten seconds is more of a senior standard than being able to stand on one feet for 30 seconds. But these things are sort of mutually, ah, reinforcing, if that makes wen your fineness. Dan: Its just standards s of of keeping you honest, keeping you generally healthy.
