Time Management Is Not an Island
People pretend time management is the be all and end all of how we work, but it really isn't. It doesn't matter how well you can manage your time if you don't have capacity to focus in that moment. And i think that that's s to how a lot of time management advice is overrated. Iam a great listenera where a lot of people, understanding your biological prime time is also a really important piece of managing your time.
