The Best Strength Training Exercises for Running Economy

John and Michelle give their advice on how to keep tendons strong. What are the two must do strength and conditioning exercises you have found to be the best for improving running economy, building resilience and preventing injuries? John: I would more split it up in working firstly on a hip and core stability. And then secondly I would say exercise with the focus on the lower leg ankles and feet as they can trigger also issues higher up the chain.
