How many pomadoros do cycles? Whith is a 25 minute concentrated effort, and then the timer goes off an you take a five minute break, and then you come back and do it again. I think that type of approachd starting to track those types of performance indicators wil be a much better guide to results rather than just saying "how many calls did i make?"
