How to Achieve Value in the M&A Space

I'd be curious to learn how you think about the M&A space for your personal deals yes so in my corporate world the acquisitions they've done I wasn't actually involved in the acquisition as such. So I'm doing some in I'm sort of focusing on accounting and professional services myself that's obviously the industry that I'm in although I do get asked quite a lot to join venture with other partners on deals which I'll probably will do when I have some more time.
