In some industries, it is I think as conceived with if we put ourselves in consumer, in the consumer shoes. Most of us are only driven by these problems that we have and the solution, the result that we want to achieve. If your induction process takes three weeks and they haven't even got going and done like a full Pilates class yet, they're probably not interested anymore because people are waiting to get the result. And more about the problems like you said, and articulating their problemsI was saying today to some of my business mentees, the person who can articulate the problems that our future clients hold the best other ones will get the initial conversion or the sale.
